What I Collect
Email Address
- You provide this when signing up for beta access
- Used to send you your beta access code
- May be used to contact you about bugs, updates, or the paid launch
- I will never sell or share your email with anyone
Meeting Captions
- The extension reads captions displayed in your browser (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)
- Captions are sent to Cloudflare Workers (my API proxy), then forwarded to Claude API (Anthropic)
- Captions are NOT stored on any server
- Captions are processed in real-time and discarded after coaching is generated
Coaching History
- Your coaching messages and meeting patterns are stored locally in your browser as a "learnings file"
- This file builds over time to improve and personalize coaching
- Excerpts from this file are sent to Claude API with each coaching request for context
- The full file stays on your computer — relevant portions are included in API calls
- Context is processed in real-time and not stored permanently by Anthropic
Usage Data
- I track how much the extension costs me per user (API spending)
- This is anonymous — just a user ID and dollar amount
- Used to manage the $5 beta cap and understand costs
- No meeting content is tracked, just API usage
How Your Data Is Used
To Make the Product Work

Where Data Is Stored
Your Computer
- Learnings file and coaching history live in your browser's local storage
- Only you can access this
- Deleted if you uninstall the extension
Anthropic (Claude API)
- Meeting captions are sent to Claude API for processing
- Anthropic's data policy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy
- They don't train models on API data
- Data is not retained after processing
Cloudflare (API Proxy)
- Your user ID and API spending are tracked in Cloudflare KV storage
- Used for the $5 spending cap
- No meeting content is stored here
Your Email
- Stored in Cloudflare KV storage
- Used to send your beta code and occasional updates

Your Rights
Access
Delete
- Uninstall the extension — learnings file deleted from your computer
- Email me to delete your email and usage data
- I'll remove everything within 7 days
Export
- Email me for a copy of any data I have about you
- You can export your learnings file from extension settings (coming soon)
Security
What I Do
- Your API key is encrypted in Cloudflare
- Extension uses HTTPS for all API calls
- No data is stored in plain text on servers
What You Should Know
- This is beta software — bugs may expose data temporarily
- Your IT department can see API traffic to anthropic.com
- If you screen share with the sidebar visible, others will see coaching
- Use at your own risk

- Privacy practices may evolve as I learn what works
- I'll notify you via email if anything major changes
- By continuing to use the beta, you accept any changes
No Guarantees
- This is alpha/beta software — it might break, data might be lost
- I'm doing my best but can't promise perfection
- Using it on your work computer is risky — API calls are monitored by some IT departments
Commercial Launch
- When I launch the paid version, privacy practices may change
- You'll get advance notice and can decide whether to continue
Third Parties
I don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or any other third-party services.
Kids
This product is not intended for anyone under 18. If you're under 18, live your life. Meetings suck. Avoid them forever.

I collect as little data as possible. I don't sell anything. I don't train AI on your meetings. Your meeting content is processed in real-time by Claude and then discarded. The only things I keep are your email (to contact you) and usage costs (to manage the beta cap). This is an accessibility tool built by someone who needs it. I respect your privacy because I need mine respected too.
